<p><span class="_fbReactionComponent__eventDetailsContent fsl">Exciting time's ahead: I managed to win <a href="https://www.facebook.com/events/818954734864226/permalink/879778515448514/">Thomas 'Des Bois' Couetdic</a>, <span class="_fbReactionComponent__eventDetailsContent fsl">first generation student of David Belle & the Yamakasi, </span>legendary traceur and skilled Parkour coach, to visit and teach a small group of women for a weekend. (In case you haven't heard of him yet, please follow the links and have a look at the below vids. <a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2314748/Leap-faith-Freerunner-makes-death-defying-jumps-historic-Indian-temple-look-easy.html">Dailymail Article</a>)<br /><br />I'm especially happy for this since Thomas doesn't only excel<span class="_fbReactionComponent__eventDetailsContent fsl"> </span> at his practice but also is <span class="text_exposed_show">experienced and empathic enough to allot progressions which work for the individual and push you just enough to help you grow. So, if you got any chance, join in, have an amazing weekend and profit from this lucky occasion!<br /><br /><span class="_fbReactionComponent__eventDetailsContent fsl">Contents: Training on natural and urban structures, true to the original spirit of the Art Du Deplacement – interspersed with movement games and play typical of us Monkeys. </span><br /><br />While this weekend is geared towards women with previous experience in movement, you don't have to be an advanced practitioner, just able to land well and make it through two days of moving lots.</span></span><br /> </p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 100%"><em>„It's a way to push away the boundaries of the impossible. You learn that nothing is really impossible if you try hard. If you try your best you can always reach your goal or get really close and actually end up doing something that, anyway, you wouldn't have thought you can do.
