One of the most amazing places i've ever seen. 
for traning there is nice wals to stride, wault, prec. etc...
But view from this place is something amazing, if you like to walk on very high edges, this the place to test your courage.

DESCRIPTION:
The casemates in Luxembourg town are ruins from old fortifications in the cliffs. Still being in good condition, the ruins offer a number of possibilities for parkour, freerunning and climbing. This is a particularly good spot for parkour photography as the scenery in the background makes for a promising shoot. This spot can also be attractive for the more advanced, as the high elevation of the cliffs will make large jumps more challenging from a mental standpoint.
