Chesterbrook Elementary is great for any beginnner in the McLean Virginia area, due to its easy to traverse rails, and their placement. The vaults you can complete on these are innumerable. The rails cannot be underbar'ed, but there a quite a few that can be used for gate vaulting, so it's quite a nice compromise. These rails are also about 15-20 ft long per "set," so they are great for any kind of training balance, such as precisions, rail squats, plyo-pushups, etc. Interested in flow? The closeness of these rails makes it easy, set at about 4-5 ft. apart. Where they connect, they form nice, 40* angles. These are great for varying kongs or monkeys.
