King St. Exchange Plaza Old Town - Alexandria, VA

This spot is tough on security but it's worth mentioning because it's in between other spots in the same area. You'll find a nice ramp to practice small precisions, kong to precisions, and cat leaps on. Theres also a small wall to practice your wall runs and top outs. As I mentioned earlier, we normally get kicked out within 10 minutes of getting to the spot - we can't even do simple conditioning here without attracting the attention of some local security. I recommend this place as a quick stop to mess around, but it's nothing important!
