These ruins behind the Mudam and surrounding the Dräi Eechelen museums are remnants of an old fort. They are structurally sound and have been renovated in the past, which makes them ideal for parkour and freerunning training. The opportunities offered in this spot are mainly for big gap jumps and cat leaps, which may be a bit too difficult for beginners. The soft earth in the grounds of the ruins makes landing from heights and rolling comfortable, as opposed to hard concrete. Another advantage in this spot is that it is relatively free of crowds and tourists, which leaves it in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with a smaller chance of being interrupted.
