North Street Fountain is located between Chain Bridge Rd and University Dr. North Street is only three blocks long so it is not hard to find. This place is not for vaulting, but is excellent for precisions, high to low, low to high, long, short. Including a few rails, this place allows the experienced long precision traceur conquer a big rail to rail while helping the unsure newbie become comfortable with landing and take off on rails. Don**t know too much about security, but if you are there long enough you should be able to train your precision to the max. The two flower beds provide a great relatively short precision distance for repetitive precision/muscle/landing training. Also in Fairfax City you can park just about anywhere.
