<p>Sidney Lanier School</p><p>Fairfax, VA<br />Sidney Lanier is an extremely dense location consisting of about three different spots a few meters from each other. Each of these three has a variety of different uses. One consists of several low railings and is a great spot for beginners to get a handle on the basics, or to practice balance and precisions or continuity of movement and transitions. Another is a series of railings on a much steeper incline, forcing consideration of safety into training while expanding on similar ideas as the first spot. The last is more suited to simple drills, but also offers a wide array of conditioning possibilities.<br />- animus</p>
