Womens Parkour Weekend - Thomas Couetdic teaching in Darmstadt

Exciting time's ahead: I managed to win Thomas 'Des Bois' Couetdic, first generation student of David Belle & the Yamakasi, legendary traceur and skilled Parkour coach, to visit and teach a small group of women for a weekend. I'm especially happy for this since Thomas doesn't only excel at his practice but also is experienced and empathic enough to allot progressions which work for the individual and push you just enough to help you grow. Contents: Training on natural and urban structures, true to the original spirit of the Art Du Deplacement – interspersed with movement games and play typical of us Monkeys.

While this weekend is geared towards women with previous experience in movement, you don't have to be an advanced practitioner, just able to land well and make it through two days of moving lots.

Date & locations: April 9th. & 10th, 09:00 – 17:00, Darmstadt city

Please bring:
- Weather appropriate athletic clothes
- grippy low profile shoes
- Sufficient water
- Snacks to maintain energy levels (dried fruit, nuts, bananas)
- A small backpack to store gear and valuables

Workshop fee: 180.- EUR (Full weekend)
